To function as a facilitator in this school you have to be very listening, fluid and acting in the moment. Therefore the program have to be very flexible. So here is the program ready to be changed any moment: Program 2010 Throughout the 10 days you will be experiencing "To feed yourself meditatively" Participants will have available an individual box of kitchen ware and a gas ring or part of a fireplace. Each day we will have a "Food Meditation" to help us to put our awareness on our real needs. 2) Awareness on the 5 elements in nature and in your body. Special body movements will support the flow in the meridians Zang Fu Meditation will enhance the awareness and healing of our inner organs - each organ belongs to one of the 5 elements. Walking in nature with awareness and sensing the special energy belonging to each of the 5 elements 3) Increasing our spiritual abilities as we bring awareness on our limitations Using healing methods such as: Awareness focus Buddhafield Flower Essences, Karma Releasing, Family constellations, Meditations 4) Healing our water through "Water Stirring Meditation" Look for detailed information on "Meditation of this Month" at the top 5) "Walking meditation" This meditation is meant to be part of your body awareness throughout the 10 days. 6) "Born again" Be a child once more.
